Christmas Day has come and gone, but the SF Giants broadcast crew read a very special Giants-themed Christmas tale that will get everyone pumped up for Opening Day which cannot come soon enough.
The video can be viewed below which shows Giants broadcasters Mike Krukow, Jon Miller, Duane Kuiper, Erwin Higueros, and Dave Flemming all reading this Giants Christmas tale:

SF Giants broadcasters read Giants-themed Christmas tale
Whenever baseball season ends, one of the things I miss most are the dulcet tones of the San Francisco broadcasting crew. Hearing Kruk and Kuip call games never gets old as the two are the best in the game.
Plus, whenever I am on the go and cannot watch the game listening to Miller and Flemming on the radio is just as great of an experience and I sometimes even prefer them over watching the game if it is on a national broadcast.
Giants fans have been spoiled by having such a great broadcast and radio crew for so long. Duane Kuiper was recently nominated for the Ford Frick Award, but he was passed over which is a shame.
Believe it or not, Opening Day is justa. few months away and we will have spring training before that so we will all get to hear our favorite voices call games soon enough.
The bigger question is what this Giants team is going to look like in a few months. The biggest offseason signing so far has been starting pitcher Adrian Houser. If that remains the biggest signing in March, then expectations for the team will not be very high at all.
The Giants still have another hole in the rotation as well as one in right field. Second base is a potential place to upgrade and the bullpen could benefit from a few more arms.
Maybe president of baseball operations Buster Posey and the front office are just being patient and hoping the prices come down on some of the top free agents on the market, but fans are certainly getting impatient with each passing day that there is not a substantial move.
A massive upgrade to the rotation seems unlikely, but Posey could have some sort of surprise up his sleeve as the Giants look to compete in a stout National League West division.
No matter who takes the field next season, at least we know that our favorite broadcasters will be on the call which is one of many reasons to look forward to baseball's return.
