Drew Gilbert is must-see TV right now. The new SF Giants outfielder added another celebration ritual in Monday's 11-5 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Fox Sports covered some of Gilbert's recent celebration antics. They range from slightly uncomfortable to just a ton of energy and excitement.

During a Giants rally on Monday, the camera panned to Gilbert in the dugout. He was seen gnawing on Robbie Ray's sweatshirt while his teammates were clapping.

Ray played it off like a champ. Other than a brief smirk, he appeared unfazed by what Gilbert was doing. What was Gilbert even doing?

For years, the Giants have lacked a fun and energetic atmosphere on the team. Gilbert brings that, and then some. They went from being arguably a bit too stale in recent years to having some of the wildest celebrations in baseball.

The team is gelling, and it is hard to ignore that they have been playing a little more relaxed since Gilbert arrived last month. The Giants are 14-14 with Gilbert on the roster.

This may not seem like much, but the Giants have been a lot better lately. They were heading toward a downward spiral in August, but have rebounded nicely. That may not have much to do with Gilbert and more to do with the return of Matt Chapman from the injured list. The Giants are simply a better team with Chapman on the field.

Besides his wild celebrations, Gilbert has made an impact on the field, too. He is slashing .242/.273/.484 (105 wRC+) with three home runs, 12 RBI, and 10 runs in 66 plate appearances this season. This includes only having one hit in his first 18 plate appearances, so he has looked much better lately.

The 24-year-old outfielder is not necessarily a plus defender in the outfield, but he is capable and has an above-average arm. That will help him get into the lineup for a team that struggle's with outfield defense.

In the early going, Gilbert has brought some good traits to the table, along with some whacky and fun celebrations in the dugout.
