Spring training is just a few weeks away and the SF Giants have announced who their non-roster invitees will be. A few prospects who are easy to overlook will be in camp and they could easily turn some heads with a strong spring training.

Let's take a look at three prospects who are best positioned to have a strong showing in Scottsdale.

3 overlooked SF Giants prospects poised for a strong spring training

Parks Harber

One infielder who has been impressive in the minors is infielder Parks Harber. He was acquired in the Camilo Doval trade last season and slashed .333/.454/.644 with seven home runs and 24 runs batted in across 25 games. He put up similarly strong numbers in the Arizona Fall League.

The knock on him is that he has been going up against younger competition but he may get a chance to prove himself against big league competition.

It also would not be a surprise if Harber got some reps in the corner outfield because his primary positions, first and third base, are already spoken for at the big league level with Matt Chapman at third base and Rafael Devers and Bryce Eldridge at first base.

Bo Davidson

The 23-year-old outfielder Bo Davidson has been moving quickly through the minor leagues. Last season he slashed .281/.376/.468 with 18 home runs and 70 runs batted in although his numbers did take a bit of a dip when he was promoted to Double-A Richmond.

Davidson was the No. 5 ranked prospect in the organization last season and he is the top outfield prospect in the organization.

Jesus Rodriguez

Also acquired in the Doval trade with the New York Yankees, catcher Jesus Rodriguez was seen as the centerpiece of that deal for the Giants.

He is already on the 40-man roster so he certainly has an opportunity to snag the backup catcher job if his bat gets hot in Scottsdale but Daniel Susac is probably the biggest impediment to that.

Rodriguez is know more for his bat and slashed .322/.399/.401 with two home runs and 16 runs batted in with the Sacramento River Cats after the trade.

His defense behind the plate certainly has room for improvement, but he would seem to be a perfect complement to Patrick Bailey who is obviously a defense-first catcher.

Prospects are always fun to watch in spring training and with a new coaching staff in San Francisco, these guys have a chance to make a great first impression.
