Spring training is beginning to ramp up in intensity. The SF Giants (5-3) and Arizona Diamondbacks (5-5) face off on Tuesday. Kyle Harrison will take the hill, making his second Cactus League start this spring.
SF Giants probable pitchers & starting lineup vs. Arizona Diamondbacks, March 5
With Harrison returning, the competition for the final rotation spot is fully underway. He is competing with a group of young pitchers, including Landen Roupp and Hayden Birdsong. Roupp has arguably been the best pitcher in Giants camp so far. He continued that trend on Monday with 3.1 hitless innings against a San Diego lineup that featured many of its regulars.
On the other hand, Harrison completed two scoreless innings in his first outing. Assuming no issues, the Giants will want him to pitch at least three innings against the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.
The young southpaw pitcher is coming off of a season where he recorded a 4.56 ERA while setting a career-high with 124.1 innings pitched.

Who are the SF Giants facing?
