SF Giants probable pitchers & starting lineups vs. St. Louis Cardinals, September 27

SF Giants probable pitchers & starting lineups vs. St. Louis Cardinals, September 27
The Giants have played some of their best baseball since being eliminated. They had a good stretch at the end of May where they strung together a bunch of comeback wins but that never felt sustainable. They also had a good stretch in August but it was against an inferior schedule.
This time around, the Giants have won three straight series on the road against some good teams including the Baltimore Orioles, Kansas City Royals, and Arizona Diamondbacks.
Roupp will look to keep that momentum going in his final start of the season. The rookie pitcher has looked good since moving to the rotation earlier this month. In four starts, he has yielded just two earned runs with 15 strikeouts against seven walks in 19 frames. On the year, Roupp has a 2.70 ERA in 22 outings.
Who is hot?
Michael Conforto is a streaky hitter and he is finishing the year on one of those hot streaks. The veteran bat has tallied 11 hits, including four home runs and nine RBI, in 34 at-bats during his last eight games. He has recorded at least one hit in seven of those eight games.
Who are the SF Giants facing?
The Giants will be facing off against veteran hurler Miles Mikolas. Mikolas is having a down year with a 5.35 ERA in 31 starts for the Cardinals. He has pitched to a 2.88 ERA in nine career appearances against San Francisco.
