Player of the Day: A little different twist today as this mention goes to the entire San Jose Giants team — because it can’t go to Mac Williamson everyday, right?  With their victory on Monday, San Jose has now won 10 straight behind stellar pitching and the perpetually hot bat of Williamson.  Over the 10 game win streak Williamson has gone 19 for 40 with 4 HR’s, 6 doubles, 14 runs, and 14 RBI.  San Jose starts their playoff run September 7th.
