Giants outfielder Mike Yastrzemski

After surprising us all in 2019, Mike Yastrzemski will need to prove he can follow-up his solid rookie season with another good one in 2020.

As a 28-year-old rookie, he launched 21 home runs and hit .272/.334/.518 in a 2.8 WAR season, despite not being called up until May.

He also proved to be a solid defensive presence in the outfield, and what he lacks in arm strength, he makes up for with accuracy.

Yastrzemski is one of the few players entering 2020 who has a chance to emerge as one of the future faces of the franchise. A lot of pressure will be on his shoulders to carry the offense, but if he can do what he did last year, we could see him roaming the outfield in San Francisco for years to come.
