Giants free-agent target: Juan Nicasio

Juan Nicasio was serviceable last year for the Phillies. He had a 4.75 ERA in 47 innings pitched. He would fill in nicely as a middle or late-inning reliever, especially if the team is concerned about Moronta being ready for the season coming off of a torn labrum.

The 33-year-old veteran has been pitching in the big leagues since 2011, so he would provide experience to a bullpen full of youngsters.

He is projected to have a 4.58 ERA in 2020, which is tolerable for a team like the Giants that would really just need him to eat up innings more than anything else.

If he could take some of the pressure off other bullpen arms and do it at a reasonable price, he may not be a bad option for the Giants.
