Brad Miller bounced around the league quite a bit in 2019.

He spent time with the New York Yankees Triple-A affiliate, and appeared in major league games for both the Cleveland Indians and Philadelphia Phillies. Each of these teams were competitive in 2019, and sought out Miller to bolster their infield depth.

Despite racking up frequent flyer miles, Miller had a productive bat. He posted a .260/.329/.565 line (125 OPS+) last season across 170 plate appearances, including 13 home runs. He still possesses good power, and he mashed right-handed pitching to the tune of a .938 OPS in 2019.

The 30-year-old has experience all around the infield, and he has spent considerable time in the outfield as well. He is not known for being above-average with the glove at any one spot, but provides versatility and flexibility.

Despite the solid production in 2019, Miller is unlikely to command a lucrative contract. The Clemson University product could provide a similar impact to what Stephen Vogt produced with the Giants last season.
