San Francisco Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval pitched a scoreless inning last week. He was the first SF position player to pitch since 1991.
It took just over two minutes for Pablo Sandoval to pitch a scoreless inning for the San Francisco Giants against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Granted, the Dodgers were bullying the Giants 15-6 at the time. That’s why Sandoval was even used. But maybe San Francisco just found their new set-up man.
Panda featured a mid-to-upper 80’s fastball and a looping eephus curve.
