The San Francisco Giants have a long and storied history and today will mark the third year we have had the best players in team history battle to see who is the best since 1958.

Willie Mays is the defending champion, having won each of the first two times this game has been played. On both occasions, he defeated godson Barry Bonds. Both Mays and Bonds are again #1 seeds in the tournament along with Willie McCovey and Juan Marichal.

Current Giants Matt Cain (#3 seed,) Buster Posey (#3,) Madison Bumgarner (#4,) Brandon Crawford (#6,) Brandon Belt (#7) and Hunter Pence (12) are also part of the game. Broadcaster Mike Krukow is among the #16 seeds.
