#3. David Price–LHP

The former number one overall pick has been nothing short of dazzling in his eight years in the big leagues. The problem has always been whether or not his teams can make a deep run once they make the postseason.

Price is now a 5-time All Star, the 2012 AL Cy Young Award Winner (including finishing second in the Cy Young voting in 2010), but has not made it past the first round of the playoffs since 2008 with the Tampa Bay Rays. Price will in fact be looking for a high price for his talents this off season.
