San Francisco Giants lose the series to the Cardinals after Friday’s walk off victory and Marlon Byrd’s grand slam

The San Francisco Giants/St. Louis Cardinals series this weekend in San Francisco reminded me of an old spaghetti western. Remember those? The only reason the movies came to mind was that I thought this series could have been named The Good, the Bad and the Ugly just like Clint Eastwood classic.

Or as my people like to call it il Buono, il Brutto, il Cattivo. Hey, they were spaghetti westerns, shouldn’t we go with the Italian name? Those of you who remember the movies are already hearing the haunting music by Ennio Morricone in your head. I know you are.
