OF Cameron Maybin

The former San Diego Padre Maybin has been linked to the Giants trade speculation multiple times in the past couple months. After being traded just days before the 2015 season in return for closer Craig Kimbrel, Maybin has been a bit of a surprise this year for Atlanta, and if not traded, they will most likely attempt to sign him after next season.

Maybin is slashing .277/.339/.398 while adding 10 home runs, 20 stolen bases, and 52 RBIs. The defensive work in the outfield has paid off for Maybin as well, as he has been a regular on ESPN’s Top Plays this season.

The 28-year-old Maybin is signed through next season with a five-year, $25 million deal.
