UTL Brock Holt

The utility-man Holt has had an up-and-down year, and he is currently returning from an oblique injury. Holt is reported to have been waived by the Boston Red Sox, but it is unknown whether he has cleared waivers or not.

Holt is batting .287 with 21 doubles in 99 games. Although primarily a second baseman, Holt provides flexibility as he has played every position—except for catcher and pitcher—in at least two games this season.

The 27-year-old has a one-year, $531,000 contract that ends after the season.
