Ranking the Bay Area’s Pro Sports Teams Part II

Patience is a virtue and the time has finally come to release the top-4 Bay Area professional sports teams. In case you missed Part I to this piece, the San Jose SaberCats fell to #8 in the rankings, the San Jose Sharks were #7, San Jose Earthquakes #6, and the 2015 NBA Champion Golden State Warriors took the #5 spot.
Here are the four teams that remain:
NFL: Oakland Raiders & San Francisco 49ers
NBA: Golden State Warriors (#5)
MLB: San Francisco Giants & Oakland Athletics
NHL: San Jose Sharks (#7)
MLS: San Jose Earthquakes (#6)

To refresh on how I am grading the list, I will be ranking the teams according to their success during the regular season, effects on the Bay Area community, individual player accolades, their overall image throughout their respective leagues, and, of course, cumulative postseason and championship success.
All four of the remaining franchises have experienced great success at one point or another. Read on to find out who is the best professional sports team in the Bay Area.
