Me: Other than the players I’ve already mentioned, which Marlin has stood out so far this season? Any major disappointments?

Ehsan: Jarrod Saltalamacchia, who is no longer with the team, was a disappointment after signing a three-year contract last offseason. Same goes with Michael Morse early on. Tom Koehler, the only Marlins starter the Giants won’t see, has regressed big time this season.

Adeiny Hechavarria has gotten off to a nice start, and while a lower BABIP will eventually bring his entire line down, he has shown some glimpses of power we hope he can sustain down the road. Martin Prado hasn’t stood out, but he’s been his regular, consistent self, and it’s been fun to watch.
