The San Francisco Giants are set to face the Atlanta Braves tonight at 4:35 pm PDT tonight for the first time this season. Tim Hudson also returns to his old stomping ground, and while he won’t be pitching in this series, it will be a bittersweet moment for the Braves and fans to see Hudson in the orange and black, rather than blue and red. Hudson has already been catching up with old friends during batting practice.

Come game time however, all bets are off and Tim Lincecum will be on the mound facing Mike Minor, who’s pitching his first game with the Braves this season after some issues with soreness in his shoulder to start the season. Here’s what the lineups look like.

It’s of note that Brandon Belt isn’t in the lineup tonight. Buster Posey is taking over at 1B and Hector Sanchez is behind the plate. I haven’t seen official word for why Belt’s not playing, but considering he’s just .143 in this last 10 games, Bochy is probably giving him a break.

In other news, Matt Cain and his cut finger should be good to go for his next start on Monday against the Pittsburgh Pirates, per Henry Schulman.
