The Braves send a dangerous trio to the mound for the three game series against the Giants. The Giants will counter with their four, five and number one pitchers.

Game one: Tim Lincecum (1-1, 5.96 ERA) against Mike Minor.

The struggling Lincecum will take the ball for game one for the Giants, they will hope he can finally pitch to his full ability. Minor is making his first start of the season after being hindered by shoulder soreness all season.

Game two: Ryan Vogelsong (0-1, 5.40 ERA) against Julio Teheran (2-1, 1.47 ERA.)

Vogelsong will take to the mound for the first time since his very impressive start against the Indians. Teheran, who was the opening day starter due to several injuries to the rotation, has lived up his high expectations and got off to an amazing start.

Game three: Madison Bumgarner (2-3, 3.74 ERA) against Alex Wood (2-4, 2.93 ERA.)

Bumgarner who was dubbed to be the ace of the Giants rotation this year, will aim to get his season back-on-track with a good start to close the series. Despite the poor record, Wood has been excellent this year, and will be tough to beat.
