San Francisco Giants Post Games Notes For 3/3

I thought it would be helpful to write post game notes on a daily basis by looking around at what the beat writers are saying, who they’re writing about and other news around the San Francisco Giants at spring training.
Ehire Adrianza is on fire! Henry Schulman of the Chronicle said that Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Monday that Adrianza has been the most impressive player in Giants camp this spring.

I'm at this B game mostly to see the pitchers, but gotta note Ehire Adrianza has a single and a double. Continues to impress.

Ehire Adrianza just doubled past first base in the "B" game. He's playing like he intends to make the Opening Day roster

Nobody wins a job on March 2, but lemme tell ya. Adrianza is hitting everything here. #sfgiants

Brandon Belt may still be out with a sore neck tomorrow.

Tim Lincecum looked fantastic today in his two scoreless innings pitched.
Lincecum gets his first out of the spring with a barehanded stab of grounder. Has been 90-92 mph so far.

Lincecum wanted to keep the ball down from the get-go this spring. Gets Venable, Amarista, Nady on groundballs, on like 7 pitches. #sfgiants

Lincecum throwing 90-91 in first inning of the spring. Biggest difference to me: He's working very quickly.
