During a media scrum yesterday, Giants General Manager told reporters that
"We don’t have the luxury to add a would-be experienced sixth starter. We’re at our limit, and we’re fine with that. … I’m pleased with where we landed. Once you have five starters, unless you’re flush with cash or there’s an opening, very few teams sign six starters with experience."
This may be true, but a report came out today that Korean RHP Suk-Min Yoon worked out for the Baltimore Orioles and reportedly the Giants
Sources confirm S.Korean RHP Suk-Min Yoon did workout yesterday in Irvine for #Orioles and reportedly #SFGiants. He's IFA, no posting fee.

I don’t know credible this source is, but I found it interesting when I seen the tweet retweeted into my timeline today.
As it’s stated in that tweet, unlike Masahiro Tanaka who was posted by his Japanese team, Yoon is an international free agent and no posting fee to the Kia Tigers is needed.
I have no knowledge of Yoon at all, and had to look at his Wikipedia page to get any information that I could.
From his debut in 2005 until this past season, all while playing with the Kia Tigers. The right handed pitcher posted a 73-59 record with an ERA of 3.19 44 saves 949 strikeouts and a 1.25 WHIP.
Yoon was part of the 2009 Korean World Baseball Classic team, that lost in the Championship game to Japan
If Yoon is signed by Sabean and the Giants, it would be a good depth move incase of injury or lack of production, from one the 5 current starters.
Below is a couple of videos I found on Yoon, that include a 13 and 14 strikeout game while with the Tigers.
