#25 Pagan’s Lunging Grab at Wrigley Field
The Giants were down 5-0 by the bottom of the 3rd inning and it looked like a game where all hope was lost. But in a game where Ryan Vogelsong needed a win, his team back him up. They put up 4 runs in the 4th, and 3 more in the 5th. In the 6th inning, the Giants let their defense do the work for them. This time by a spectacular lunge by Angel Pagan to right center field. Pagan missed most of the season, but seeing highlights like this makes me wonder what could have been had he been healthy all of 2013. The two inning rally, and stellar defense in the 40 degree weather, would be all the Giants needed to get the win over the Chicago Cubs.
Enjoy!
