NLW Movers & Shakers – November 2013

It’s been awhile since I’ve listed the moves, trades, signs, releases around the National League West so here are official transactions for the month of November. I’ll look into posting something additional about the pitchers the Giants recently signed to minor league contacts.
The Winter Meetings are right around the corner, with the event being held on December 9-12 in Orlando, Florida. We’re likely to see some trades around that time.
