#5 Favorite Non-Giants Teams: Nationals

I know it may not be realistic for everyone, but for most of us, there are a few other teams we don’t mind cheering for after the Giants. I thought it would be fun to share my list of favorite baseball teams, aside from the Giants. It would also be great to hear some of yours down in the comments as well.

Growing up in Kentucky, the Giants obviously weren’t on my radar for a while. During that time, I learned to love (and loathe) a few other teams…that is until I found my true home as a Giants fan. So here is my list of my favorite non-Giants baseball teams.

Washington Nationals

Picking a number 5 team was tough. I don’t have much affinity for many other teams, so I went with the team of one of my favorite players to watch play: Bryce Harper. I know, people love him or hate him.  Personally, I love him. I love watching him play. I love his energy and youthfulness. I love his hair. I also am a fan of Stephen Strasburg, and well, the Nationals have never really done anything to make me hate them yet. I reserve the right to change that opinion, but in the meantime, the Nats get some of my love.
