Top 10 Homeruns of 2013 for San Francisco Giants – Number 10 Pablo Sandoval

By Alex Pettitt

Alas, baseball season has come and gone and now we all have to wait 104 Days until pitchers and catchers report to spring training. (Well at least the Phillies do, the Giants have yet to release their schedule but it will probably be within 7 days of February 12th.) What should we do until then, watch Football and the 49ers? Check, but it’s a bye week. Watch hockey and the San Jose Sharks? Check, but they have an off night. Watch basketball and the Golden State Warriors or Sacramento Kings? Check, but they also have the night off .

Never fear our top 10 countdown is here. For the next 10 days, here are the top 10 home runs of the year for the San Francisco Giants.

Number 10 on our list is Pablo Sandoval against Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher J.J. Putz. Down by one in the top of the ninth inning in Arizona. Pablo came to the plate with one out and a runner on second base. On an 0-1 count, he hit the ball past the pool in right center field to give the Giants the lead and the game!
