Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Engaged at AT&T Park

You read that headline correct. North West’s parents, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian got engaged last night — at AT&T Park. Yes, home of the World Champion San Francisco Giants, AT&T Park. Talk about headlines I never imagined I’d have to write.

So here’s the deal. Kanye’s new tour kicks off this week in San Jose. Apparently it was also Kim’s 33rd birthday, so what did Kanye do? He rented out AT&T Park for a party. I can’t say that’s a bad idea, I’ve thought about renting it out, but then I remember I’m not rich. Then, as if renting out the most beautiful ballpark in the world isn’t enough, he proposes to the mother of his child. Or baby mamma if you prefer.
Ugh. They are both dirty Dodgers fans too. Double ugh.
The worst offense of the Kimye engagement at AT&T Park? Both of those idiots are Dodgers fans pic.twitter.com/zwQLbcDkKh

Giants fans reacted. Oh, did they ever react. My twitter feed was blowing up like Yasiel Puig flipped another bat.
There was this type of reaction.
Giants fans, relax. It should be a compliment that an artist and celebrity of Kanye's stature chose OUR park in OUR city. That's pretty cool

And well, Alex was the only one with that reaction. Also, don’t listen to Alex, he also tweeted this last night.
Also, I STILL LIKE BRIAN WILSON.

*BOOM SHAKALAKA!*
Most of the tweets went like this.
Kim and Kanye did what at my spiritual holy place?

I don't mind Kanye. I don't mind Kim. I do mind the proposal was done at At&t Park.

Kim and Kanye, would you like to have your wedding at the ballpark, too? All you have to do is pay for a new left fielder. Deal?

Then, my tweet, in which I spell Kanye wrong.
Yo, Kayne. Imma let you finish, but I got engaged at AT&T Park first! #SFGiants #truestory
