Welcome to episode 3 of the Around the Foghorn Podcast.

This week Chris and Eric wrap up the season that was, talk Hunter Pence’s contract, and touch on the end of Barry Zito in a Giants uniform.

To wrap up the season we posed 4 questions about the 2013 San Francisco Giants:

1. Who was the biggest disappointment for the Giants this past season?

2. Who was the most dependable Giants player this past season?

3. Who was this biggest surprise, or most improved for the Giants in 2013?

4. Which Giants player that we saw in 2013 would you like to see more of in 2014?

We also touch on Barry Zito’s final appearance and have his speech from Sunday’s season finale. Thanks to the wonderful @auburnreality for the audio of that.

Chris and Eric also talk about ex-Giants players still left in the postseason. There are a lot less than you may remember from years past.

We also look ahead to this season’s playoffs and make some picks.
