Pagan Returns To Giants Lineup, Leading Off

USA TODAY SPORTS
There is no further comment from Bruce Bochy or anyone else at this time, but it looks like Angel Pagan returns tonight, to the once competitive Giants lineup. He’s featured in his familiar leadoff spot, first reported by the @SFGiants Twitter account itself:

Pagan has been out since May 25 and has now been activated off of the 60-day Disabled List, even though he was originally slated to come back on Sunday. He left with a .262 BA and although the Giants have since fallen dramatically off the NL West title race since Pagan’s hamstring injury, he’ll be a welcome face in the clubhouse and possibly a needed spark for the club to play some winning ball. (Giants were 25-21 at the time of his injury).
He’s most remembered this season for his walk-off inside-the-park homerun. No doubt the Giants faithful are excited to see the return of the “Crazy Horse”.
