Angel Pagan Plays Four Innings In First Rehab Game

Angel Pagan had his first rehab assignment since his hamstring surgery with the AZL Giants tonight. He played four innings in center field, fielding three line drive singles in the first and second innings and a flyout in the fourth inning.

Pagan’s at bats included a fly out to CF in the first inning and a walk in the second inning. He didn’t have an opportunity to advance any bases. Pinch-hitter Cristian Paulino replaced Pagan in the bottom of the fourth inning.

Earlier this afternoon on Twitter, Pagan’s presence in the lineup must’ve been exciting for the rookies on the team.
