Since the Dodgers are bound and determined to piss off Giants fans, I think some turn about is fair play. Want some real retaliation against the Dodgers, Yasiel Puig, and Don Mattingly? Vote Hunter Pence for the Final Vote in the All-Star Game. In fact, vote for any and everyone BUT Puig. I’d like to see him come in dead last in All-Star voting. Yes, that means maybe even voting for his teammate Adrian Gonzalez.
Dodger fans are up in arms about Puig not making the All-Star team, despite he doesn’t have nearly enough bats. Bruce Bochy didn’t go out of his way to pick him either when there are much more deserving players out there. Heck, even the players didn’t vote Puig in, so why should we let it happen now?
So here’s the deal, for the final vote, fans select the last player for each team. NL fans can choose between Pence, Freddie Freeman, Gonzales, and Ian Desmond. Oh, and Puig. You can vote as many times as you want, either on the website, or via text (both will be linked below). Let’s show the Dodgers we’re not impressed with their Golden Boy and make sure he’s DEAD LAST in votes!
Atlanta’s Freddie Freeman is currently leading the vote. Puig is 2nd and Pence is 3rd. So #VoteFreedie, #VotePence, #VoteDesiIn13, even #VoteTitan. Just don’t vote Puig.
