Angel Villalona and Cody Hall Promoted to Double-A Richmond

Villalona is on the 40-man roster, and you can catch up on his history in this ESPN article here if you’re not sure the backstory on him. He got back to baseball action last season. Formerly a Top-50 Baseball America prospect in 2008 and 2009, Villalona has plenty of critics as he gets back into the game, even at 22 years of age.
