Pagan Out 12 Weeks; Gaudin to DL

Bad news Giants fans. Baggs, Schulman, and Pavlovic are reporting that Angel Pagan is having surgery tomorrow and will be out 10-12 weeks, at least.

Schulman goes as far to say possibly the rest of the season.

Bruce Bochy says Gregor Blanco will stay in the leadoff spot and remain the everyday CF. Juan Perez and Andres Torres will fill in as needed.
Also, as if things couldn’t get much worse, it’s possible Chad Gaudin will head to the DL.
Kickham will get the start tomorrow, Bochy said. Gaudin likely going to DL but he threw today and club will wait till tomorrow to make move.

He originally thought he’d be able to start, but with news of Mike Kickham starting tomorrow, room will have to be made for him on the roster somewhere.
