Giants OF Andres Torres tried to stretch a double into a triple and as he made a head-first slide into third and landed on his right knee a little hard for a head-first slide.

There was a shot on the Giants feed of the trainer looking at Torres’ knee as well, and we have yet to hear the extent of Torres’ injury. We will save the speculation for when we know what’s up.

In the top of the 7th, the Marlins and Giants are tied at 3 a piece.

Thank goodness, now we don’t have to speculate about possible replacements from Fresno. Juan Perez will probably get the starts in CF while Torres is resting his knee. The Giants lost Friday night’s game 6-3. They have two more games with the Marlins this weekend.
