Angel Pagan carted off field in Stockton

After a 2-1 loss to the Marlins, news from Stockton where the high-A affiliate San Jose Giants were playing made Thursday night even worse:
SJ Giants announcer Joe Ritzo reports that Pagan was unable to run out a grounder to second in 9th. Limped to 1B, then fell to the ground.

May 25, 2013; San Francisco, CA, USA; San Francisco Giants center fielder
Angel Pagan(16), on left, celebrates with team after hitting an inside-the-park homerun in the bottom of the tenth inning against the Colorado Rockies at AT
May 25th was the last time we saw Angel Pagan in action at the big league level, and now it appears all that rest and medical work was not enough for Pagan.
All speculation at this point, but when Bochy talked about surgery last week he said it would likely be 6 to 8 week rehab.

Sounds like more news will come tomorrow on both Pagan and Chad Gaudin
Bochy confirms news on Pagan injury. Didn't have anything to add on Gaudin or Pagan. Both will be evaluated tomorrow.
