Lee Dominates SF, Again.

By Melissa Felkins

Despite the best efforts of Hunter Pence, the Giants fell to the Phillies, losing the first of the three game series, 6 to 2.

Cliff Lee of course pitched like Cliff Lee does against the Giants. Madison Bumgarner got his first loss of the season, and while he wasn’t terrible, the 2nd inning really put the Giants farther behind than they would have liked.

Pence went 3 for 3 with a homerun, single, and double. The Giants only accumlated 5 hits the entire night and the big bats were 0-fers. Disappointing game after the sweep of the Dodgers.

Tim Lincecum will be on the mound tomorrow night facing Kyle Kendrick.
