San Francisco Giants’ Buster Posey Shows Acting Skills In Toyota Commercials

By now, chances are you’ve seen most, if not all of the Buster Posey Toyota commercials. However, if you’re not in the San Francisco area or don’t plop down nearly $200 dollars a year for Extra Innings – you may have missed out on the acting chops of the 2012 National League MVP.

Many wouldn’t think of Posey as being the animated type, say like a Brian Wilson, as the Giants’ backstop is more of a “walk lightly, carry a big stick” type of guy. However, after winning two World Series’ in three years, along with enough hardware to weigh down a 747, Posey emerged from his relatively quiet persona this offseason and found himself in not only team sponsored commercials, but also commercials for big companies like Toyota and Sony.

So in addition to winning an MVP award, Rookie of the Year award, Comeback Player of the Year award, the Hank Aaron award, a Silver Slugger award and the Willie Mac award, the Georgia native also isn’t too shabby infront of the camera.
