Giants On ESPN Sunday Night Baseball Twice, Maybe More

By Bryan Rose

For you Giant fans outside of Northern California who don’t like to shell out over $200 dollars to Major League Baseball, some good news hit the wire this morning. ESPN announced that the Giants will be featured on Sunday Night Baseball a minimum of twice during the first half of the season. The schedule was only released through July 17th, with the remaining part of the schedule to be determined later in the year.

The Giants will cap the opening round of games on April 3rd in Los Angeles versus the Dodgers and they will then play host to the New York Mets on July 10th. The schedule doesn’t feature any other Monday or Wednesday night games and of course we’ve yet to hear Fox’s Saturday afternoon schedule, but you can expect to see your World Champion Giants featured a lot more this season.
