Mark DeRosa’s Wrist Continues To Be A Problem

By Bryan Rose

If I didn’t know better, I’d say the Giants medical staff moonlights for the Portland Trailblazers. These guys continue to drop the ball over and over again.

We’ve got ex-players, such as Noah Lowry, claiming that the doctor’s and trainers mis-diagnosed injuries resulting in further damage, then we have the whole Freddy Sanchez situation from last year. Is he hurt? Is he not? Well, this particular injury is fine, but this one might be a concern. No, that’s okay, but this one here…

And now news comes out that “big” free agent signing Mark DeRosa is having serious wrist issues, yes, the same wrist he had surgery on last year. SHOCKING. DeRosa, in his own words, came out and said the operation was a “total failure” and he’s now experiencing numbness in the ring and pinky fingers on his left hand.

“I feel like my bottom hand’s underwater. I don’t have much feeling in my bottom two fingers,” said DeRosa

DeRosa also said it’s very likely that the wrist will need further surgery during the year…so…whoopie. Another grade A move by the Giants front office.
