Michael Morse out with strained oblique; Lineup and notes

The San Francisco Giants are set to face the Colorado Rockies in the second game of the 3-game matchup. Yusmeiro Petit (4-3, 3.44 ERA) will take the mound against Jordan Lyles (6-4, 4.08 ERA).

Michael Morse is out of the lineup once again. He has a strained oblique and is likely out for the rest of the road trip that includes today and tomorrow against the Rockies and a 3-game series against the Detroit Tigers over the weekend. Buster Posey is at first base tonight, with Andrew Susac behind the plate for the Petit start.

The Giants announced a second wave of call-ups that included Gary Brown, who is in the dugout and apparently not shaken by getting looked over for promotion.

The Rockies lineup for tonight is as follows.
