Top 10 Homeruns Of 2013 For San Francisco Giants – Number 5 Buster Posey

Any time a Giants player hits a home run off of Clayton Kershaw or the Dodgers, they are going to make my Top 10 list. And guess what, Buster Posey hit a home run off of Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers and he made the list. Normally this would be the top of the list but, the top five could all be number 1 so, that’s good news for the next four days as I finish the countdown.

The Giants finally got on the board and against a formidable opponent in Kershaw. Posey, who probably has one of the better batting averages  against Kershaw with a .250 average over the last two years. He would deliver with a two run home run into left field at Dodger stadium.

Tim Lincecum cruised through the few innings of the game and Bochy didn’t pull the plug quick enough before giving up three more runs to L.A. Kershaw cruised threw the eighth with a Giants loss. However, it was a home run and I can take small victories!

We thank you Buster Posey for this home run because it is fun watch Kershaw look frustrated as you run around the bases to give your team the lead.
