Madison Bumgarner threw a one hit complete game shutout against the Reds. It was his first complete game shutout of his young career. The Giants beat the Reds ace Johnny Cueto. This was the fourth shutout in a row for the Giants.
I grew up in Kentucky, a Pirates fan for some reason. We don't have a lot of Pirates there, but they seemed cool to me. Split my loyalties when Bonds moved to San Francisco and have been a fan ever since. Lucky for me I eventually moved just 2 short hours away from AT&T Park.
Also, am a fan of baseball in general. Trying to get around to all of the ballparks and am about halfway done. Spring Training in Arizona? Check. Baseball Hall of Fame? Check. Call me crazy, but...well, yeah, I guess I just am.
