San Francisco Giants’ Closer Brian Wilson Driving His Scooter To AT&T Park

Injured San Francisco Giants closer Brian Wilson has become quite close with one of his newest Giant teammates, Hunter Pence, so much so that the two have been sharing ideas on their commutes to work. Pence, who purchased a scooter to get to and from the ballpark after his July acquisition, has apparently inspired Weez to do the same as Stephen Goldblatt found out this past Friday when Wilson motored by on his way to AT&T Park.

The scooter craze has become quite the obsession in the Giants’ locker room, with multiple players taking spins around the clubhouse and tunnels in their spare time. Now with Wilson and Pence both having their own, it’s only a matter of time before the drag races begin.

Hopefully Wilson takes off his kicks before laying down the rubber though, as the Nike Mags (inspired by Back to the Future) Wilson is rocking cost well more than his wheels, with one of their most recent selling prices topping $7,000 bucks.

If only Wilson would show up in a DeLorean one of these nights or maybe a jetpack, floating above the right field wall.

It’s an adventure anytime you’re around AT&T Park – no doubt about that.
