Per everyone on Twitter, Jonathan Sanchez just got traded from the Kansas City Royals to the Colorado Rockies for Jeremy Guthrie, one of the Rockies starters. I haven’t read yet whether he’ll be with the Rockie or will be signing a minor-league contract, but I suspect the Giants just may see him one day this season as how they are now in need of a starter.
How do you guys feel about facing Jonathan Sanchez? Good move or bad move for Colorado?
I grew up in Kentucky, a Pirates fan for some reason. We don't have a lot of Pirates there, but they seemed cool to me. Split my loyalties when Bonds moved to San Francisco and have been a fan ever since. Lucky for me I eventually moved just 2 short hours away from AT&T Park.
Also, am a fan of baseball in general. Trying to get around to all of the ballparks and am about halfway done. Spring Training in Arizona? Check. Baseball Hall of Fame? Check. Call me crazy, but...well, yeah, I guess I just am.
